What is a Coaching Session?
A coaching session is a one-on-one casual conversation in which we analyze a relationship in your life that is not working for you right now (it's causing you distress or upset in any way).
During the session, we discover the root cause(s) of your distress and I assist you with solutions that help you move forward in an effective and productive way.
How Long is a Session?
Sessions are 60 minutes
Where are the coaching sessions located?
Sessions are virtual, via Zoom.
How many session will I need?
One session is a great way to gain some initial clarity plus fast relief regarding a recent triggering situation with someone.
Additional one-time sessions can be booked to continue to find more triggers in the same relationship or another relationship to gain more insight into your relationship dynamic.
What results will I get?
You will gain new insights into yourself and how you relate to others.
We will learn effective strategies to improve the relationship dynamics in your personal and work life.
How do I become a client?
